Converting spent-wash and press-mud from a 10,000 TCD sugar mill into Renewable Natural Gas, with phased output from 1,200 to 12,000 scm. End use includes industrial, in-house, bulk fuel consumers, and self-owned RNG station.
CBG at Sugar Mill Distillery, Uttar Pradesh (2023)
Processes press mud and cow dung to generate 2.4 TPD CBG, with an OMC agreement signed in 2025. Currently under expansion to 12 TPD, with output sold to Oil Marketing Companies.
CBG at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (2024)
Kitchen and horticulture waste converted to Bio-PNG and bio-fertilizer, supplying a canteen serving 3,000+ people daily. Output: up to 300 scm / 10 cylinders per day.
CBG at Delhi Chief Minister's Office (2010)
Municipal waste converted to Bio-PNG, supplying nearby restaurants via pipeline at discounted rates. Output: up to 3,000 scm / 105 cylinders per day.
CBG at Roha Municipal Corporation, Maharashtra (2012)
Integrated project processing solid waste, sewage, paddy stubble, and slaughterhouse waste into RNG and electricity (up to 22,000 units/day). Operated under Public Private Partnership.
CBG at Karnal, Haryana (2018)
Wastewater treatment plant (100 KLD capacity) converting waste water into clean water reused in washrooms. Delivered on turnkey basis.
